Using a structured drawing technique, you’ll explore what gives you energy, balance and joy, what might be missing right now, and what you’d like more of in your life. The process helps turn thoughts that can feel busy or abstract into something visual — giving you a fresh perspective on what wellbeing means to you.

No artistic experience is needed. It’s about the process, not creating the perfect picture.
