	1 — Prep Use your mesme prep kit to prepare your nails. Push back your cuticles, file your nails, lightly buff the surface and clean with the prep pad.
	2 — Size Choose the wrap that best fits your nail. Never pick a wrap wider than your natural nail — this will cause lifting.
	3 — Apply Peel the wrap off and place it close to the cuticle. Press firmly from base to tip, smoothing around all edges.
	4 — Trim Trim the wrap, leaving a small amount of excess past the nail edge.
	5 — Cure Cure your nails under the UV lamp for 45–60 seconds until the wrap fully sets with a glossy, gel-like finish.
	6 — File After curing, file gently but firmly in one direction to remove any remaining excess.
