1 — PrepUse your mesme prep kit to prepare your nails. Push back your cuticles, file your nails, lightly buff the surface and clean with the prep pad. |

2 — SizeChoose the wrap that best fits your nail. Never pick a wrap wider than your natural nail — this will cause lifting. |

3 — ApplyPeel the wrap off and place it close to the cuticle. Press firmly from base to tip, smoothing around all edges. |

4 — TrimTrim the wrap, leaving a small amount of excess past the nail edge. |
 |
5 — CureCure your nails under the UV lamp for 45–60 seconds until the wrap fully sets with a glossy, gel-like finish. |

6 — FileAfter curing, file gently but firmly in one direction to remove any remaining excess. |
