Refund policy

We hope you love your mesme products as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’ve got you. 💅

1) Switzerland 🇨🇭

While Swiss law doesn’t require a return option for non-defective goods, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. That’s why we offer a voluntary 14-day return window from the day your order arrives.
To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Please note, as we need to pay venue space and consumption, event tickets are non-refundable. 

2) A few important things to know

  • For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of products that have been opened or used (unless they’re faulty).

  • Items should be returned with all packaging, accessories, and seals intact.

  • Return shipping costs are usually your responsibility, unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake.

  • Please include your order number so we can process your return quickly.

4) If something’s wrong

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’re so sorry. Email hello@mesmebeauty.com with your order number and a quick photo.
We’ll make it right with either a replacement, a store credit, or a refund (including shipping, if it was our mistake).

5) Looking after your products

Our products are made to last, but they do need a little care:

  • Store somewhere cool, dry, and away from direct sunlight.

  • Keep away from heat (especially above 25°C).

  • Protect UV gels and similar products from UV rays — including normal daylight.

This helps keep your products fresh and ready when you are. Please note: damage caused by heat, sunlight, or improper storage isn’t covered by our return policy.

6) Getting your refund

  • We process refunds within 14 days after we receive your return (or proof it’s on the way).

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees aren’t refunded unless the item was faulty or required by law.

7) How to return

  1. Email hello@mesmebeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.

  3. Package your items securely and send them back.
