Returns (voluntary)

• 14 days from delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging.
  
• Opened/used products can’t be returned (unless faulty).
  
• Return shipping at your cost unless we made a mistake/faulty.
  
• Start return: email hello@mesmebeauty.com with your order number.
  
• Refunds within 14 days after we receive the return (or proof of shipment) to the original payment method.
  
• Faulty/damaged: email with photo — we’ll replace, credit, or refund (incl. shipping).
