mesme Instagram Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the mesme Discovery Kit Giveaway on Instagram.
1. Organiser
The giveaway is organised by mesme GmbH, Seilergraben 49, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland (“mesme”).
2. Giveaway period
The giveaway starts on [START DATE] and closes on [END DATE] at [TIME] CET. Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals residing in Switzerland.
Employees of mesme GmbH and anyone directly involved in organising the giveaway are not eligible to participate.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. How to enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must, during the giveaway period:
- Follow @mesme_beauty on Instagram
- Comment on the giveaway post with their favourite self-care ritual
- Tag their bestie in the comment
All three steps must be completed for an entry to be valid.
5. The prize
One winner will receive a mesme Discovery Kit worth CHF 112.20.
The winner may choose the three mesme Nail Wrap colours/designs included in their Discovery Kit, subject to availability.
Delivery within Switzerland is included.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. No cash alternative will be offered.
6. Winner selection & notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the giveaway period.
The winner will be contacted by direct message from the official @mesme_beauty Instagram account.
The winner must respond within [e.g. 48 hours] of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this period, mesme reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
Participants should be aware of fake or impersonator accounts. mesme will never ask for payment or credit card details in order to claim a giveaway prize.
7. Prize availability
The winner's choice of Nail Wrap colours/designs is subject to availability. If a selected design is unavailable, the winner may choose an alternative.
mesme reserves the right to replace the prize with an equivalent prize if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
8. Fair participation
mesme reserves the right to exclude entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, manipulated or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
9. Instagram disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that Instagram and Meta have no responsibility or liability in connection with this giveaway.
10. Personal data
Personal information provided by the winner will be used only as necessary to administer the giveaway and arrange delivery of the prize, unless separate consent has been given for another purpose.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection law and the mesme Privacy Policy.
11. Changes or cancellation
mesme reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control or where the proper administration of the giveaway cannot be guaranteed.
12. Applicable law
The giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
