1 — PrepUse your mesme prep kit to prepare your nails. Push back your cuticles, file your nails, lightly buff the nail surface and clean with the prep pad. |

2 — SizeChoose the wrap that best fits your nail. Never pick a wrap wider than your natural nail — this will cause lifting. |

3 — ApplyPeel the wrap off and place it near the cuticle. Press firmly from the base to the tip, smoothing around all edges. |

4 — TrimTrim the wrap, leaving a small amount of excess past the nail edge. |
 |
5 — FileFile gently but firmly in one direction to remove the excess wrap. |
 |
6 — PerfectDo a final tidy file to smooth the nail edge — and you're done! |
